The Captain's Club membership provides access to the fleet in the club only.
The Captain's Club members shall not use the fleet commercially; the membership is for personal leisure only.
The Captain's Club memberships are governed by the limitation on the category chosen and the contract signed.
All contracts cancellation required a 1 Month notice, Terms and conditions apply reference to the contracts.
All members shall have local boat operating license.
Delay of payment for more than 14 days is considered the breach of contract.
All Contracts are governed by local Law.
Contract Cancellation shall be dealt directly with The Captain's Club.
Refund Policy: 70% of the usage fees from remaining period of membership. (T&C Applies)
